Standing Chibi Jolteon plushie

A chibi Jolteon plushie. When I made this one, I was trying to create a simpler pattern for making standing chibi quadrupedal creatures, but I'm not sure if I'm happy with this pattern. I'd need to tweak it if I consider using it again.
